Zoe
Having worked in the shipping industry for over 12 years, Zoe Upson has experience as both Broker and Desk Head.
Zoe set up her own company FACT TALENT which is hugely successful in sourcing shipping and commodity talent. Zoe has a deep understanding of the markets and how to match the best suited candidates to the right roles.
Dedicated to promoting gender equality, Zoe is the founder of WOMEN TOGETHER; a group run specifically to support women in the shipping and commodities space.
Recognising that the industry had a problem attracting new talent, Zoe founded FACT ACADEMY; a division of FACT which is dedicated to sourcing junior talent. FACT ACADEMY sources a diverse and strong selection of entry level/graduates.
The shipping market is making an effort to go green. FACT is the first recruiter in the space to have greenified and are proud to be a net zero recruiter.
Zoe, who is listed as the TOP 100 Women in Shipping, combines a busy family life whilst running FACT. Innovative and driven, she proactively strives to find solutions to shipping problems.

Kasey
Kasey Camp is Head of Talent (back office and middle office), specialising in recruiting for back office roles such as Operations, HR, accounting, and compliance.
Kasey’s experience in the recruitment industry includes working in shipping and commodities as well as in property finance.
She has also been a key events planner for Women Together; a group which is run specifically to support women in the shipping and commodities space.
